Invictus Capital is one of the Late entrants in the debt syndication market in India. Having said that, we have created our niche in executing difficult transactions which needed analytical bent of mind and a whole lot of structuring capability. We also enjoy strong relationship with almost all types of lenders owing to our team’s past banking experience.

We commenced operations in late 2012, with just 2 people, after understanding a basic/major gap in the debt syndication market and undertook bridging gap in synergies. We firmly believe that syndicators always lost focus of the “objective of the transaction” as it colluded with the “objective of doing the transaction”. We suggest our clients the optimum funding solutions not only basis their current requirements but also keeping in mind the future growth of their businesses.

It is this working experience in Assets & Credit side of Banking, which has given us valuable insight into evaluation of proposals for creating workable solutions for the borrower client’s. We have been instrumental in leading debt syndication programs across industries like Manufacturing, FMCG, Auto Components, Auto Distribution, Real Estate, Hospitality, Tourism, Healthcare & Pharma, Speciality Chemicals & API’s, Digital Marketing, Garment Manufacturing, Industrial Safety, Jewellery, Logistics & Transportation, Warehousing etc.

Our Story

Established in the year 2013, INVICTUS CAPITAL ADVISORY SERVICES PVT. LIMITED was founded with a vision to create new benchmarks in financial services Industry. Invictus offers Investment Banking services which includes Retail lending, Corporate Finance and Merchant Banking activities along with Management Consulting.

The group derives its strength from the diversity of skills and strengths of the members of the Leadership Team. Our leadership has extensive experience in Indian Financial Markets. Average experience of our leadership team members is 17 years. Members have worked in key positions with prominent banks for decades.

Invictus group extensively focuses on research and technology as core areas to shape our growth and improving client satisfaction & service experience. The group is building a robust infrastructure to meet growing requirements of our clients and to offer time bound delivery of quality services. We maintain a high degree of professionalism and ethical standards in all our business activities. We combine superior execution capabilities, meticulous research, rich transaction experience and Our team of seasoned professionals has extensive experience in a variety of disciplines.

Our Infrastructure

INVICTUS CAPITAL ADVISORY SERVICES PVT. LIMITED is headquartered in Mumbai, India currently having 3 offices viz. 2 in Mumbai (Borivali & Thane) and one at Chandigarh. Company is planning to scale it upto 35 branches across India and abroad over a span of next 2 years.

We believe that forming solid, open relationships with our clients is essential. Close collaboration is the only way you can get to the route of the problem and come up with the best solution. The end user simply wants the most effective and efficient service. So, to make that reality, we look at every part of the funding process or structure, dismantle it, see how we can make it better, and then deliver it for our clients.

We work on the basic business premise that any quality service to be delivered effeciently to the end user, would need Human Capital, Access to service providers offices & extensive use of techonology.

We boast our 107 member team, from the founders to the office runners who make it happen it for the clients.

We also have developed a proprietory software for seamless flow of information to all business units for efficient delivery of solutions & services to our clients and stakeholders.

MR. AMIT VERMA

(Founder Director & CEO)

A Rank holder in Cost Accountancy, MBA (Finance) and CFA from ICFAI is the Founder Director of Invictus Capital Advisory Services Pvt Ltd. He has over 19 Yrs of Experience in Debt Markets & Corporate Banking. A seasoned banker, having worked with ABN AMRO Bank & ING Vysya Bank prior to starting this venture. He specialises in structuring product offerings to suit borrower / lender requirements.

MR. VIJAY WAGHELA

(Director)

He is an Ex-banker, having worked with ICICI Bank & ING Vysya Bank and have over 14 yrs of experience in Syndication Business. He has an experience of handing a team of more than 350 people running Retail Lending setup with off the shelf products including both secured & unsecured. He is an MBA Finance by qualification.
